About the Project
Built in 1896, the “Thomas Nelson Page House” at 1759 R Street NW is one of DC’s most historic homes. Greenergy Electric was selected to renovate the entirety of the four-story building with contemporary lighting upgrades throughout. Special care was taken to preserve the unique historical details of the property while making it suitable for a modern office for the Wyss Foundation.
