About the Project
Kew Gardens is an attractive mid-rise apartment building with 149 units built in 1923. It offers residents a beautifully landscaped English-style courtyard with pond, highlighted by unique architectural detailing. Greenergy Electric rewired and upgraded all lighting on open spaces, corridors, and lobbies, powered new HVAC systems throughout the horseshoed corridors of all three floors. All the work happened without disrupting tenants while the building remained open during construction thanks to careful scheduling and our flexible installation solutions.
