Journeyman Electrician

Benefits:

Competitive wages, bonus and health insurance, retirement plan, steady hours Monday to Friday plus overtime, continuing education incentives, paid vacation, company vehicle, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Electrical rough in, lay out electrical equipment and fixture installation
  • Conduit bending and cable tray system
  • Adhere to all quality and safety codes
  • Skilled in troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance & installation of all types of electrical system equipment and components

Working knowledge of National Electrical Code

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in electrical construction is a must
  • Strong knowledge of drawings reading
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally
  • Strong work ethic, accountability and punctuality are required
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Must have your own tools and transportation
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • A clean driving record is preferred

Assistant Project Managers

Benefits:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist project manager in managing at the job sites to ensure high quality of work, safe and timely delivery, and optimal resource utilization.
  • Assist project manager in developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Help to manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Work with vendors to ensure timely purchasing and delivery of materials, tools, and equipment
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects
  • Prepare scoping for contractor bids
  • Work on various documentation, including submittals, training materials, as-built documents, change orders and other project-related documents

Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Electrical contracting project management experience is preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking is preferred
  • Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures
  • Understanding of electrical installations
  • Ability to read electrical drawings is required
  • Familiar with computer-based estimating
  • Working knowledge of the National Electric Code (NFPA 70)
  • 30 Hour OSHA Certification required within the first year
  • Strong client-facing verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Advanced time management and analytical skills
  • A licensed electrician (preferred) or related field (significant relevant field experience will be considered in lieu of a license)
  • A clean driving record is preferred

Experienced Project Managers
